Shenzhou Digital announced that the company recently provided three guarantees for its subsidiaries, including a 1 billion yuan credit facility for Hefei Shenzhou Digital, a joint liability guarantee for 2.5 billion yuan trade transactions for Guangzhou Shenzhou Digital Information Technology, and a joint liability guarantee for 8 billion yuan trade transactions for subsidiary Shenzhou Digital. As of the announcement date, the company and its controlling subsidiaries have provided guarantees totaling 65.561 billion yuan, with an actual utilization of 28.869 billion yuan, accounting for 312.26% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees or guarantees involved in litigation.
