Aixu Shares announced that it has provided guarantees of 600 million yuan and 100 million yuan respectively to its subsidiaries Zhuhai Aixu and Zhejiang Aixu, with a total guarantee amount of 24.826 billion yuan, accounting for 698.48% of the company's most recent audited net assets. This is still within the authorized limit of 36.2 billion yuan at the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting and does not need to be submitted for approval again. The guaranteed parties are all wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries within the company's consolidated financial statements, and the guarantee risks are under control. As of the announcement date, the company and its subsidiaries have no overdue guarantee situations.
