Thailand condemns the attack on a Thai-flagged vessel in the Hormuz Strait and summons the Iranian ambassador. The relevant department is currently conducting an urgent rescue mission for three crew members who are feared to be trapped on the damaged ship. The bulk carrier named Mayuree Naree was hit by projectiles fired by Iran while passing through this strategic waterway on Wednesday. There were a total of 23 crew members on board, with 20 people rescued by the Omani navy after abandoning ship in lifeboats. The shipowner Baoyun Shipping stated that the three missing crew members are believed to be trapped in the engine room at the stern of the ship, which is the location where the ship was hit and caught on fire.
