Report: Iran's next Supreme Leader has been elected.

According to the semi-official Mehr news agency in Iran, citing Ahmad Alamolhoda, a member of the expert council, the country's expert council has elected the next Supreme Leader, but has not disclosed the name of the candidate. Alamolhoda stated, "The leadership election has been completed," and "the Supreme Leader has been decided." He said that the announcement is expected to be made by the secretary of the expert council.
