Russian President's Special Representative: Currently discussing the relaxation of sanctions with the United States.

On March 7th local time, Russian President's special representative Dmitryev stated on social media that because Western sanctions have proven to be harmful to the global economy, Russia is in discussions with the United States to relax the sanctions against Russia. Earlier reports indicated that U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen stated that there would be a relaxation of sanctions against Russian oil.
