Indian Oil Corporation hikes domestic liquefied petroleum gas prices for the first time since April.
According to the official website of India's largest oil refining company, Indian Oil Corporation, the company raised the prices of liquefied petroleum gas for households and commercial users on Saturday. In the New Delhi area, the price of a 14.2 kg steel cylinder for non-subsidized household LPG users was raised from 853 rupees to 913 rupees. The price of LPG for commercial users such as hotels and restaurants was raised by 114.5 rupees, with the price of a 19 kg steel cylinder adjusted from 1768.50 rupees to 1883 rupees. This is the first time India has raised the price of household LPG since April 2025.
