At this year's National Two Sessions, Zhang Yichen, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman and CEO of CITIC Capital, mainly focuses on three topics, including supporting private equity funds to participate in capital market mergers and acquisitions, boosting catering consumption, and optimizing the tax policies for Qualified Foreign Limited Partnerships (QFLP). Regarding boosting catering consumption, he has put forward several specific suggestions, including including the catering industry in the coverage of the "two new" policy; introducing special policies to encourage dining-in consumption; insisting on a combination of rewards and punishments to effectively promote the governance of the catering industry and prevent overwork; supporting green innovation to help catering companies reduce costs and increase efficiency.
