Recently, Shanghai's first theater-style commercial complex, NovaArk, opened for trial operation in Meilong Town, Minhang District. This immersive entertainment landmark covers an area of 60,000 square meters and features 32 professional NPCs and 20 plot lines, creating a new experience of "shopping while watching a play", and it will become a new highlight of the integration of culture, commerce, tourism, and exhibition development in Minhang District. It is located at No. 1-10, Lane 1789, Hongmei South Road, Meilong Town, Minhang District, with a total area of over 60,000 square meters. The commercial core area covers over 20,000 square meters, making it Shanghai's first theater-style commercial complex with a core positioning of "low threshold, high-level immersion".
