Hong Kong stocks in the oil and natural gas sector continued to decline. Sinopec dropped more than 37%, Baiqin Oilfield Services fell more than 20%, CNOOC Gas & Power, Shandong Molong, and Sinopec Oilfield Services all fell more than 10%.
