In the late night of the 3rd, Eastern Time in the United States, the US State Department issued two more evacuation orders, requiring non-essential government personnel and their families to evacuate from Oman and Saudi Arabia. In the span of just three hours in the early morning of that day, the US State Department had previously issued 6 evacuation orders, requiring non-essential government personnel and their families to evacuate from Jordan, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE.
