Zhenghe Ecological: Controlling shareholder is releasing the pledge of 3 million shares.

Zhenghe Ecological announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Huicheng Investment, recently completed the procedures for the release of 3 million shares of pledged stock, accounting for 3.55% of its directly held shares and 1.42% of the total share capital of the company. After the release of the pledge, Huicheng Investment still has 50.3849 million shares pledged, accounting for 59.57% of the company's shares held and 23.80% of the total share capital of the company. There is currently no plan for further pledge of the released pledged shares, and the risks of pledge by the controlling shareholder and its concerted action parties are controllable, and it will not have any impact on the company's production and operation.
