Bohai Leasing: The controlling subsidiary provides joint liability guarantee for a $175 million loan.

Bohai Leasing announced that on February 27, 2026, the wholly-owned subsidiary AALL of Avolon, a subsidiary of the company, added a $175 million revolving credit loan. Avolon and its subsidiary companies provide joint and several liability guarantee for the loan, with the guarantee period until October 2, 2029. As of the date of the announcement, Avolon and its subsidiary companies have used a guarantee authorization amount of $6.595 billion for the year 2025. This guarantee is included in the $10.5 billion or equivalent foreign currency guarantee limit and does not require further approval by the board of directors and shareholders' meeting. After this guarantee, the company's cumulative guarantee amount for the previous 12 months is 61.888 billion yuan, accounting for 21.61% of the total audited assets for the year 2024.
