Arakchi reported the latest developments in the region, stating that the United States launched a war against Iran during the second round of US-Iran negotiations. The two sides have made positive progress in this round of talks, but the actions of the US have violated all international laws and crossed Iran's red line. Iran has no choice but to defend itself with all its might. China has openly expressed its position of justice and fairness, hoping to continue playing a positive role in avoiding the escalation of regional tensions. Wang Yi reiterated China's principled position on the current situation in Iran, expressing that China values the traditional friendship between China and Iran, supports Iran in defending its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity, and national dignity, and supports Iran in upholding its legitimate rights and interests.
