: Appoints Zhou Lei as Executive Director and Chairman

Oriental Securities announced that at the 13th meeting of the sixth board of directors, Zhou Lei was elected as the executive director and chairman of the board, and elected as the chairman of the Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee and a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committee. He was also appointed as the authorized representative of the company under the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
