The S&P 500 ETF has issued a premium risk warning notice. The full name of the fund is Guotai S&P 500 Exchange Traded Open-End Index Securities Investment Fund, with the abbreviated name on the exchange being S&P 500 ETF. Recently, the secondary market trading price of the fund has been significantly higher than the reference net asset value of the fund shares, resulting in a large premium. The fund manager advises investors to pay attention to the risk of premium in secondary market trading prices. If the premium rate does not effectively decrease, the fund may apply for a temporary trading halt during market hours or extend the trading halt time on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to alert to the risk. The fund has suspended subscription business since November 3, 2025, and is currently operating normally with no undisclosed significant information.
