According to the Beijing Daily, on February 26, the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee held a meeting and decided to convene the Ninth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Municipal Party Committee on March 1 to discuss the "Several Measures to Promote Stable and Progress in the Economy in 2026", "Key Points of Work for Comprehensive Optimization of the Business Environment in Beijing in 2026", and "Work Plan for the Special Action of 'Relocation, Rectification, and Promotion' in Beijing in 2026". The meeting was chaired by the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Yin Li.
