Standard & Poor's: Assigns New World Development (01030.HK) 'B-' long-term issue rating for proposed US dollar notes issuance.

On February 26, S&P awarded Seazen Group Limited ("Seazen Development" 01030.HK) a "B-" long-term issue rating for the senior unsecured notes to be issued by New Metro Global Ltd., a special purpose financing entity. Seazen Development will provide unconditional and irrevocable guarantee for the above-mentioned notes. The issue rating is subject to review by S&P of the final issuance documents.
