The lawsuit has been accepted and filed by the Third Intermediate People's Court of Tianjin, and has not yet been officially heard in court. The economic losses of the plaintiff include damages awarded in arbitration, lawyer fees, arbitration tribunal fees, lawyer fees for surety fraud cases, lawyer fees and arbitration center fees, and fuel oil storage fees.
