Recently, many hotels, homestays, and resorts have successively released accommodation reports for the 2026 Spring Festival holiday. With the surge in national travel, the number of receptions and occupancy rates in the accommodation industry have also significantly increased, reaching new highs; the hotels and resorts in theme parks have been fully booked for consecutive days. According to Jinjiang Hotel's operating data, in the first 8 days of the holiday, the number of guests received by its hotels increased by more than 43% compared to the same period last year, with the number of foreign tourists received increasing by more than 53%; the overall room occupancy rate increased by 14% year-on-year, reaching a new high in nearly three years, with over 5000 hotels achieving full occupancy during the peak period of tourist travel and stays. Home Inns' operating data shows that during the 2026 Spring Festival holiday, Home Inns Group's core operating indicators including RevPAR, occupancy rate, and average room price all achieved steady growth. The group's overall RevPAR significantly increased compared to the same period last year, demonstrating strong recovery and growth momentum. On the peak day of customer flow on the third day of the Lunar New Year, the group's hotels reached a full occupancy rate of over 41%, setting a peak occupancy rate during the holiday.
