Haineng Technology announces that the company plans to jointly invest with Mingye Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to establish Yuanshen Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 2 million yuan. The company will contribute 200,000 yuan with its own funds, holding a 10% stake; Mingye Management Consulting Co., Ltd. will contribute 1.8 million yuan, holding a 90% stake. The new company plans to research and develop innovative clinical medical devices for early screening and diagnosis of cancer, as well as diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease based on optoelectronic technology, and to apply for medical device production and operation licenses.
