Muyuan Group: Intends to change the company name to Muyuan Food Group Co., Ltd.

Muyuan Group announced that the company held a board meeting on February 25th to approve the proposal to change the company's name. The proposal still needs approval from the shareholders' meeting and does not involve changes to the stock abbreviation or code. The company plans to change its Chinese name from "Muyuan Food Co., Ltd." to "Muyuan Food Group Co., Ltd." and its English name from "MUYUAN FOODS CO., LTD." to "MUYUAN FOODS GROUP CO., LTD." This is in line with the internationalization strategy and strengthening of management, and does not involve any price manipulation. Further changes are subject to approval from the Market Supervision Bureau for final registration.
