Hambon High-tech: Director Sun Zhenwen resigns for personal reasons.

Hanbang Hi-Tech announced on February 25th that the board of directors received a resignation report from the director of the company, Sun Zhenwen, on the same day. Sun Zhenwen resigned from the fifth board of directors and the board of directors' strategic committee due to personal reasons. Sun Zhenwen's original term was from January 17, 2025 to January 16, 2028, and the resignation will take effect on February 25, 2026. After resigning, Sun Zhenwen will no longer hold any positions in the company.
