At the same time, the registered capital has increased from about 1.27 billion RMB to about 2.04 billion RMB, an increase of about 60%. The company was established in February 2021, with Yue Yujie as the legal representative, and its business scope is financial leasing. It is currently jointly owned by Yibin Development Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and the newly added shareholder mentioned above.
