The announcement from Chengdu Environment stated that its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Water had previously publicly listed Henan Chengdu Ecological Technology Co., Ltd.'s 100% equity on the Henan Property Exchange, with a listed base price of 148.6575 million yuan. Henan Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd., as the only intended acquirer, acquired it at the base price. On December 29, 2025, the company's board of directors approved the transfer and signed the contract. As of the disclosure date, all transaction delivery conditions have been met, the company has received all payments, Chengdu Ecological has also completed business registration changes, and is no longer included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
