This shareholders' meeting will be conducted through a combination of on-site voting and online voting, with online voting conducted through the Shanghai Stock Exchange shareholders' meeting online voting system. The meeting will deliberate on the election of company directors and independent directors, with 2 director positions to be filled by candidates Xu Shuiliang and Meng Qiang, and 1 independent director position to be filled by candidate Zhang Zhanjiang.
