Jiaxin Silk announced that the controlling shareholder and concerted action person Zhejiang Shengxin Industrial Development Co., Ltd. pledged 10 million shares of the company's stock, starting from February 13, 2026, until the date of registration of release of the pledge, accounting for 45.30% of their holdings and 1.79% of the total share capital of the company. The pledgee is China Everbright Bank Jiaxing Branch. After this pledge, the total pledged shares amount to 10 million.
