It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 110.97 million shares, or 1.00% of the total shares, through centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure of the notice, starting from the 15th trading day. The source of the shares to be reduced is acquired before listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange, and the reason for the reduction is for business development needs.
