Dalian Heavy Industry announced that on December 26, 2025, the company's board of directors agreed to transfer 100% equity of Techan Company held by the company to its wholly-owned subsidiary Dalian Dazhong Gear Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. Recently, Techan Company has completed the industrial and commercial registration change, with Meng Qinglong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. After the equity transfer, Dalian Heavy Industry's shareholding ratio will decrease from 100% to 0%, while Dalian Dazhong Gear Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd.'s shareholding ratio will increase to 100%. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the registration change work of the other two subsidiaries is still in progress.
