According to Chengdu Business Daily, from February 15th to February 20th, the festive consumption market in Chengdu showed a stable growth trend, with a total of 13.75 million people visiting 11 key commercial areas, an increase of 7.9% compared to the same period last year. The total turnover reached 3.36 billion yuan, an increase of 4.1% compared to the same period last year. All key commercial areas achieved growth in both foot traffic and turnover, with Chunxi Road commercial area expecting a growth of around 4.8% in foot traffic and turnover, and Jiazi Park commercial area seeing a 17.6% increase in foot traffic. A total of 280.26 million people visited 215 characteristic commercial streets in Chengdu, an increase of 8.6% compared to the same period last year, with a total turnover of 4.62 billion yuan, an increase of 8.0% compared to the same period last year. All key monitored commercial streets saw growth in foot traffic and turnover.
