European top AI companies' CEO warned that AI being dominated by a few companies could lead to market abuse.

The CEO of a leading French artificial intelligence company warned that the world is facing the risk of a small number of companies dominating the AI field, and such high concentration could increase the risk of leading companies abusing their control. "We are facing the issue of excessive concentration of power in the AI field," said Arthur Mensch, CEO of Mistral AI, at the India AI Impact Summit held in New Delhi on Thursday. "We do not want to be in a world where AI deployment and development are essentially controlled by three or four giant companies."
