The Bank of Korea said on Thursday that the volatility of major domestic price indicators has intensified recently, and pledged to strengthen monitoring of the impact of risk factors on the domestic market. The deputy governor of the Bank of Korea said, "During the holidays, the global financial markets overall remained stable without any major incidents. However, uncertainties still exist, including concerns about the monetary policy stance of major economies and fiscal expansion measures, debates on the profitability of artificial intelligence, and geopolitical risks." He added, "We will continue to closely monitor the development of risk factors and their impact on the domestic financial and foreign exchange markets, and maintain a high level of vigilance."
