Emergency management departments in various regions should work together with the police and other departments to strengthen patrolling and dissuasion around retail stores, strictly prohibit the trial release of fireworks and firecrackers outside the store, supervise the guarding of retail stores, and strictly investigate illegal fireworks displays. Effective security management of retail stores must be strengthened by further enhancing secret inspections and checks at all retail points, preventing "down-store, up-home" behaviors, excessive storage, outdoor displays, smoking or the use of open flames inside the store, and the sale of products exceeding the standards.
