In the scene of assisting document drafting, relying on the "Longzhengtong" and "One Network" office platforms, using the capabilities of large language models, a local knowledge base and standardized preset templates will be established to provide writing suggestions, assist in drafting documents, and automatically check, proofread, and optimize formats and content, greatly improving office efficiency. In the scene of assisting data retrieval, integrating and aggregating data from various fields such as statistical yearbooks, economic indicators, market supervision, ecological environment protection, and people's livelihood security, establishing a data retrieval knowledge base to help staff quickly find government data, accurately locate the required information, and achieve data intelligent correlation and comparative analysis. In the scene of assisting grassroots burden reduction, accelerating the promotion of the "One Form Service" reform, solving the burden problems of grassroots workers such as "filling out forms frequently, running around frequently, and playing multiple roles" through data feedback, direct data access, and intelligent matching. Equipping grassroots social workers with intelligent bodies to provide intelligent support such as policy answers and business handling for community workers, breaking the problem of "not understanding or not knowing non-professional tasks". By 2026, relying on the "Longzhengtong" office platform, intelligent body applications will be equipped for more than 1000 government workers in various departments and regions throughout the province.
