According to the website of the China Maritime Safety Administration, Dalian Maritime Safety Administration has issued a sailing warning. From 16:00 on February 15 to 16:00 on March 1, certain sea areas in the northern part of the Yellow Sea in the Bohai Strait will be conducting military missions, and entry is prohibited.
