Four departments: Enhance financial services for grain and cooking oil production and increase support for the "vegetable basket" industry.

The People's Bank of China and four other departments have issued the "Opinions on Coordinating the Establishment of Normalized Financial Support Mechanisms to Help Prevent Return to Poverty, Eliminate Poverty, and Promote Comprehensive Rural Revitalization", proposing to support the improvement of agricultural comprehensive production capacity and quality efficiency. They will provide financial services for grain and oil production, and increase support for the "vegetable basket" industry. Financial institutions are encouraged to use market-based operating profits as repayment sources and actively provide funding support for the construction and maintenance of high-standard farmland and agricultural water conservancy facilities.
