The average flow at the Wuzhou Hydrological Station on the main stream of the Xijiang River has increased by 60%, effectively controlling the upstream intrusion of saltwater in the estuary. The water storage situation in the Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration is the best in nearly 10 years, ensuring the water supply safety of the urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta during the Spring Festival.
