Argentina's anti-dumping sunset review of aluminum plate imports from China results in changes in the situation and a final ruling after a re-examination.

On February 12, the Argentine Ministry of Economy issued Notice No. 134 of 2026, making a final negative ruling on the review of the anti-dumping sunset merger situation changes related to aluminum plates originating from China, and deciding to no longer continue the anti-dumping measures on the products involved. The products involved specifically refer to the 3xxx series non-alloy or alloy aluminum plates that meet the Argentine national standard IRAM 681, with specifications of: diameter greater than or equal to 60 millimeters and less than or equal to 1000 millimeters, and thickness greater than or equal to 0.3 millimeters and less than or equal to 5 millimeters. The customs codes for the products involved are 7606.91.00 and 7606.92.00. The notice will come into effect from the date of issuance.
