S&P: Confirms A- long-term issuer credit rating of ICBC Leasing and ICBC Leasing Management with a stable outlook

On February 11th, Standard & Poor's confirmed the "A-/A-2" long-term and short-term issuer credit ratings for Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. (also known as "Bocom Leasing") and Bocom Leasing Management Hong Kong Co. Ltd. ("Bocom Leasing Management Hong Kong"). The outlook for the long-term rating is stable. Standard & Poor's also confirmed the "A-" long-term and "A-2" short-term issue ratings for senior unsecured notes issued or guaranteed by Bocom Leasing Management Hong Kong, which is the main subsidiary of Bocom Leasing in overseas ship leasing business.
