ASX CEO Helen Lofthouse will resign in May.

On February 10, the Australian Securities Exchange Group announced that Managing Director and CEO Helen Lofthouse will step down in May this year, ending her 11-year career at ASX. Lofthouse was appointed as CEO of ASX in 2022.
