Tibet Sky Road: Related parties compensate for project receivables with hotel assets worth 129 million yuan.

The Tibet Sky Road announced that the company has completed the construction of the Nyingchi Sky Road Enterprise Management and Exchange Center project but has not received payment of 148 million yuan. After negotiation, Xiamen Dongxiang agreed to offset the corresponding debt with the hotel property of Nyingchi Woolen Factory and related rights, valued at 129 million yuan, leaving a remaining unpaid amount of 14.5241 million yuan. Xiamen Dongxiang has provided a repayment plan, intending to make partial payments before the end of 2026. In addition, Nyingchi Woolen Factory has agreed to pay 15.4109 million yuan in interest for the project delay. The company will urge repayment and transfer of assets to protect shareholder interests.
