Seven departments including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security provide administrative guidance on employment for leading platform companies and express delivery companies.

Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Ministry of Transportation, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the State Post Bureau, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, conducted administrative guidance on employment for 16 companies such as Meituan, Taobao Flash Sale, JD Speed Delivery, Flash Delivery, SF Express City, Hema, DiDi, T3 Travel, Caocao Travel, Huolala, Full Truck Alliance, YTO Express, Shentong Express, ZTO Express, Yunda Express, and Jitu Express, to protect the rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment. The meeting required the relevant companies to fully implement the main responsibility for employment, continuously improve labor management, and effectively protect the rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment.
