The Israeli regulatory agency is planning to impose a fine of $39 million on El Al, Israel's national airline, for unreasonably raising ticket prices when most foreign airlines suspended flights to Israel. Following the announcement, El Al's stock price fell 1.2% in early trading on Monday. The company denied any wrongdoing in a filing to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and stated that they will contest the fine through legal proceedings.
