Horizon and Ningde Times subsidiary Era Intelligent reached a strategic cooperation agreement.

On February 9, 2026, Horizon and Ningde Era's subsidiary company, Ningde Era Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, Era Intelligent will provide its Panshi chassis series products and technology, while Horizon will contribute its full-scenario assisted driving products and solutions, as well as other core capabilities in automotive intelligence. Through software and hardware cooperation, cross-domain integration, the two parties will jointly explore a complete intelligent system from the bottom structure to the top application, providing more competitive and diversified product choices and service support for OEM customers at home and abroad.
