Today, the Chongqing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, in conjunction with relevant departments, issued the "Notice on Exploiting the Integrated Policy Effect to Stabilize the Real Estate Market". Among them, it is proposed that families who meet the national policy of giving birth to a second or third child and have at least one minor child, and who purchase new commercial housing in the central urban area and complete the online signing and contract registration, will be given a subsidy of 20,000 yuan for two-child families and 30,000 yuan for three-child families by the local government where the house is located. Each family can only receive the housing subsidy once. In order to support the demand for improved housing, when families using housing provident fund loans to purchase a new house, and the county where the intended house is located has housing, one set of housing identification numbers will be deducted.
