Bangjie Co., Ltd. announced that the Suzhou Qingsong Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise and its concerted action person Chen Jiansong, Chen Gendi, through agreement transfer and centralized bidding method, reduced their shareholding in the company, with a total shareholding ratio decreased from 7.58434% to 4.99998%, no longer being a shareholder with more than 5% of the company.
