Tanaka Seiki: Eight creditors who were originally the controlling subsidiary of Youfu Intelligence have jointly filed a lawsuit against the company for an amount of 108 million yuan.

Notice from Tanaka Precision Machinery: On February 5, 2026, the company received a "Civil Complaint" from the bankruptcy liquidator of its former controlling subsidiary, Shenzhen Youfu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Eight creditors of Youfu Intelligent jointly filed a lawsuit against the company. The plaintiffs are all creditors of Youfu Intelligent, and the defendant is the largest shareholder of Youfu Intelligent, holding 70% of the company's shares. The main reason for the plaintiffs' objection is that the defendant's "loans" to Youfu Intelligent are actually capital injections, should not accrue interest, and should not be classified as ordinary debts, but should be subordinated to ordinary debts for repayment.
