On February 6, Xinwangda announced that its subsidiary Xinwangda Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Geely-affiliated Weirui Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. reached a settlement in the first instance stage, with the latter withdrawing the lawsuit after the "Settlement Agreement" takes effect. Both parties agreed to determine the cost related to the replacement of power battery packs based on actual costs. After verifying the actual amount incurred, both parties agreed to share the cost in proportion. At the same time, all related battery packs after the incident will belong to Xinwangda. Xinwangda expects that the impact of this incident on the company's net profit attributable to the parent in 2025 will be between 500 million and 800 million yuan.
