Longpan Technology announced that on December 29, 2025, the company received a query letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the private placement audit. In accordance with the requirements, the company, together with the intermediary institution, researched, implemented, and supplemented the application documents. The relevant response documents were disclosed on January 24, 2026. According to further review opinions from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company further supplemented and revised some of the response content, and the revised draft was disclosed on February 7. The issuance of A shares to specific investors in 2025 still requires approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before implementation.
