Mingde Biotechnology announced that on January 19, 2026, the company decided to acquire 51% of the equity of Hunan Lanyi held by Lanyi Group through capital increase and equity acquisition for an initial amount of 35.701 million yuan, with Jiashan Hexin acquiring 20% of the equity of Hunan Lanyi. As of the date of the announcement, after the completion of the first phase of the acquisition, Hunan Lanyi has completed the industrial and commercial change registration, becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and included in the consolidated financial statements. After the change, the company has subscribed capital of 7.854 million yuan in Hunan Lanyi, accounting for 51%; Lanyi Group and Jiashan Hexin account for 29% and 20% respectively. If Hunan Lanyi meets the agreed conditions for operation from 2026 to 2028, the company will further acquire the remaining equity.
