Shanghai Procuratorate: 32 individuals involved in enterprise cases have had their compulsory measures changed according to law.

On the 5th, it was learned from the Fourth Session of the Sixteenth People's Congress of Shanghai City that in 2025, the procuratorial organs of Shanghai will solidly carry out special judicial supervision on violations of cross-regional law enforcement and opportunistic law enforcement, in order to supervise and stabilize the expectations of enterprises. For cross-regional cases involving enterprises, they will undergo a step-by-step review, collaborate with public security organs to clear 148 cases of "hanging cases" involving enterprises, change the mandatory measures for 32 persons involved in enterprise cases in accordance with the law, and supervise the lawful removal, return, and release of illegally sealed, confiscated, and frozen assets amounting to over 14 million yuan.
